ActionSpace is London’s leading development agency for artists with learning disabilities.

Established in the 1960s, we advocate for diversity within the contemporary visual arts sector.

We support our artists to develop their artistic practice, sell and exhibit work, amongst other creative projects.

We aim to empower artists with learning disabilities to pursue professional careers in the arts by nurturing their talent and ambition.

MAKE IT LIVE is ActionSpace’s ambitious digital and live art programme. This programme is led by ActionSpace artists Claudia Williams, Linda Bell, Mark Lawrence and Pardip Kapil. Make It Live supports the artists to create new work and share their live art practices through digital, participatory events for diverse audiences. The programme aims to break new ground in the field of digital, participatory and live art.

The Make It Live website serves as a test space and portfolio showcasing the artworks, workshops and events by artists and participants. As the programme evolves, this website will be updated with new content and experimentation. Updates coming soon!
